This quote caught my eye.

Learned both of these new tags today. These subtle tags help me communicate and bring about clarity in my thoughts. A simple highlight, and annotation goes a long way in conveying your message. The quote above resonated with me as there were work problems that were just front and center in my mind, and from it all I could see was problems. I couldnt think of solutions, and anxiety was just creeping at me all week anytime I thought about these problems.
Then a conversation with a coworker in California happened who put a better perspective on it. The issues were still there, and the errors to which I contributed to persisted however thinking about the positive aspects of it, allowed me to progress. From that small progression, more and more positive progressions started to happen. The energy that I was channeling into other projects were positive, and people working on the other projects started feeling the positive flow. The takeaway for me is to concentrate on what I have and what is going well, this will always result in abundance. I believe the inverse to be true, so the best thing I can do is focus a little less on the negatives and concentrate on the positives.
